Once you decide to retain my services, a contract is submitted to you that describes the project parameters and my fee. When the contract is signed and returned to me along with a deposit (usually 50% of the project fee), I begin.

I reserve the right to charge "rush fees" for jobs with deadlines of 48 hours or less (add 25% to total project cost) and for jobs assigned on Thursday or Friday and due the following Monday or Tuesday (add 50% to total project cost). I'm happy to work weekends, but I do charge a premium!

If a project is killed for any reason after completion of my services, I'm entitled to full payment. If project is killed prior to completion of my services, I'll bill for hours invested at my hourly rate.

All fees quoted include two rounds of revision. Additional revisions will be charged at my hourly rate.
